How To Delete Your 40plusmarket.com Account / Profile
Login to 40plusmarket.com site and sign into your account.
Click on the support link found on the top right hand side of the site to go to the support page.
On the bottom right side of the page look for "Delete Profile"
Check the "Remove My Profile".
Click on the "Remove My Profile" orange button.
A pop up will appear that has the following message, "Are you sure you want to delete your profile? All matches, sent and received messages and any credits left will be lost! Removal can not be undone!"
Click "OK" and you profile will be removed from the site immediately.

How To Unsubscribe From Email Notifications
Login to 40plusmarket.com site and sign into your account.
Click on the support link found on the top right hand side of the site to go to the support page.
Under "Email Alerts" you can stop all the emails.
Click on the drop down menu and choose "none" to stop getting unwanted emails.
Also uncheck "I want to stay up to date on the latest developments and offers."
And uncheck "My profile may be used for advertising." So you don't get more email messages.
